Archival management & classification system
Institutional web platform developed for the Instituto de Acceso a la Información Pública y Protección de Datos Personales del Estado de Tlaxcala (IAIP), built by an external consultancy using Java, Spring Boot and Angular. I acted as technical–functional liaison between the institutional stakeholders and the development team, responsible for requirements gathering and validation, user story follow-up, usability testing, quality review and deliverable supervision.
