Dynamic Island-style overlay for Windows

TARS is a productivity app built with Tauri 2, React 18 and a Rust backend. It runs as a frameless, always-on-top overlay that adapts to your Windows desktop without any cloud dependency. Features include Pomodoro / Flow / Break focus timers, system notifications, quick actions (lock, sleep, screenshot, mute), a task manager with overdue tracking, and a live system telemetry panel. Everything stays local — no account, no telemetry, no internet required.
